This machine was not put together properly. The hard drive was not screwed in and it is missing mounting brackets. It wouldn’t go beyond the initial bios screen either. I had to take it to a computer repair shop just to make it function. This was very disappointing.Edit: Sata cable came broken. The configuration was incorrect for the product in the computer. It is an i5 2nd generation processor (2009 release date). This is laughable as a gaming computer. It can’t even play WOW on the lowest possible settings without freezing. My 5 year old cheaper “non gaming” laptop didn’t have that issue. You will be paying $400 for a tower, and will need/want to replace all the components to make an actual gaming computer.

Same experience as other reviewers. Busted SATA cable, hard drive not properly installed. After the replacing cable, machine booted up properly and seems to be as advertised. Note: wifi is provided through an included USB dongle. This would have been a miserable experience for someone not able to technically diagnose the problem. On the plus side, cool lights, which my daughter will love.

The first one I got, the fan was broken. The replacement one would only run for a couple of minutes then shut off. So we really did not get a chance to try it.

I haven't had it long enough to play with all the bells and whistles but so far it seems to be a great value for a starter gaming computer. The lights are really cool and have so many settings to choose from. I am having a little trouble getting the wireless to work with the usb plug, but being short on time, I will probably work that out soon. Very pretty and I can't wait to start working and playing on it!

It was great! It's a great start if anyone wants to get into PC gaming. I have a hydra desk and was wondering if low budget pre built PC was good; I can say that this one is great.

Terrible!!! Hooked it up and doesn’t run. Keeps shutting off during start up and there are a ton of loose parts that are not assembled correctly. I am sending back first thing in the morning.

I have ordered this PC now two times and both have been broken upon arrival. Now having to return a second time.

Amazing Computer for some reason they said it didn’t include a usb 3.0 connection and it did (it has only 1) And it has a bunch of usb 2.0 connections I haven’t used this pc yet since I’m still waiting for my desk
