MP3 Player with Bluetooth 4.2, Cholas MP3 Player with 2.4 Inch Screen, 16GB MP3 Player with Headphones, Speaker, Voice Recorder, FM Radio Recording, Pedometer, Support up To 128GB

The player is physically nice but has a software flaw: it will not organize songs in proper numerical/alphabetical order, even if indexed as 01, 02, 03 ... or 001, 002, 003 ... (See attached images). Sometimes only 10s are out of order (after 01s), sometimes 20s follow 02s, and sometimes the pattern is more bizarre (1-01, 2-01, 1-02, 2-02). This is unacceptable if listening to a sequential set where chronology is crucial (like a musical). I've reviewed the manual and followed all instructions to ensure that shuffling is off ... this is simply how the player alphabetizes. I have 2 cheaper players that keep all the same lists is proper order - this problem is unique to this player. One other issue is that it appeared used out of the box: the sealing tape appeared tampered and there was a finger smudge on the screen (no plastic protector). Perhaps the previous return was for the same reason. A shame to return it because it's an otherwise sturdy and nice-looking device.Follow-Up: I've upgraded this review by one star because the company took time to get in touch, showing good professionalism. They disagree with my comment about the numbers, but I rebut that my photo evidences plus other customer reviews support my comments above. Let me say again that, software aside, the player itself is sturdy and aesthetically pleasant. The company seems ethical, professional, and caring about customer satisfaction.

Since I got a new vehicle I wanted a new mp3 player for just this vehicle so, if I have no service I still have music other than the radio with all those commercials. I needed a player that would play more than mp3 or mp3 songs. This one plays WMA, APE, FLAC just to name a few others. This is what I wanted for sure. It has a few other features I am not going to use on it. Like a radio tuner, e-reader, voice recorder, video player, built in speaker and pedometer. This mp3 player has a nice feel and weight to it. There is 2.5 inch screen to see everything clearly. The buttons are below navigate the device. It is also has bluetooth, which is recieving only. It is not audiobook and iTunes compatible.Comes with device, headphones, charging cable and instructions

Doesn't place track 10 of any album in correct order. It moves track 10 between tracks 1 and track 2 on every single album. Also doesn't pair well with bluetooth devices. Also says it supports 128 gb TF card but the box it comes in says it only supports 32 gb expansion. I didn't get that far when I found out it rearranges track 10 every single time

I purchased this Cholas mp3 player because I have a fairly OLD Sansa mp3 player (purchased 2009), which plays wonderfully, but is starting to give me problems with turning it on and off. I backed up my mp3 files from my old Sansa mp3 player a while back and simply connected the new Cholas to my PC and transferred the files without incident. A HUGE PROBLEM however is trying to organize the mp3 files once they are transferred. I DID NOT EXPECT THE CHOLAS MP3 PLAYER TO NECESSARILY PLAY THE FILES AS THEY HAD ON MY SANSA. However, the playback options were not as sophisticated as those on my very old Sansa mp3 player. I would have liked, for example, to have been able to play ALL of my files alphabetized by ARTIST, which is how I play them on my Sansa. The problem is that the ONLY way all files are played is if they are SHUFFLED. There is no way to have the files play alphabetically by artist. I have well over 300 mp3 files that I transferred and over the years I have added files to create a very good playlist for my workouts. It generally takes me a little over a week of workouts to get through the entire list. With this new player the songs will play in a randomized fashion, which I don't particularly care for. There are options to create playlists or to play Albums, etc., but all of the options are time consuming and the player is NOT as intuitive as it should be.I initially said that this is a "near GREAT MP3 Player" because the player itself is made of very sturdy metal, the touch screen is very good, battery life is good (NOT GREAT), BUT the sound quality is OUTSTANDING! But for me, if I cannot play my music in the manner I want to hear it, those qualities are not of any consequence. I will KEEP this player as a back-up and will continue to use my Sansa, hoping it won't quit for a few more months, and try another brand.UPDATE!!!This player is NO LONGER recognized by my Windows 10 PC! I can only CHARGE the player. NOT ADD ANY MUSIC or other files. I tried to locate the player in my devices settings to see if I could download an updated DRIVER. NO LUCK! The player does not show up at all. Additionally, I tried different USB ports, cables, PCs and found that the problem is with the PLAYER, and I suspect its firmware. I read through some more reviews of this product and found that I was NOT the only person who experienced this problem with this player! There is NO HELP online and no product support. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.I will be purchasing a NEW SANSDISK MP3 player, which is the brand of the player (which still works) that I purchased this player to replace, because the old player is getting old. My old player (12 years old) is recognized by my PC, plays great, and if there was more memory space I could still add more music!

Okay for a throw away player. The screen is not touch, the buttons are lower down. Navigation is not intuitive and some features are badly designed. Battery lasted only about 2.5 hours with BT. Decent memory capacity for MP3's Dropped onto a wood floor about 36" fall and the case split open tearing a connection rendering it useless. Case was only lightly glued and not durable. Not good for kids. Am not attempting to return because this was about all i expected, it was 16$ and the seller really shouldn't be expected to replace it. Nor would I want the same thing again. Perhaps they sell better products and are super nice people.

nice little device,it has 16 GB of space which is plenty for songs.the battery is good,it takes 2 hrs to recharge but it last me for almost a week of on and off....size is perfect,love the screen but it has no touchscreen which I thought it had but its not big deal to me anyway.its has a pedometer,alarm,bluetooth (which btw,doesnt like to pair with anything that I own)photo and a e-book reader plus a video player too.don't care about those to be honest. all in all,its a decent player with a decent battery and features but no touchscreen which is a bummer
