Tablet Pal mini 7-8 Inches Universal Tablet Holder/Pillow - Blue

I wanted this particular item for my iPad mini because it seemed the best type of all that I had looked at. I loved the material, & the fact that it had a "base" to sit up alone, without having to hold in my lap, or on my stomach when laying. I go through many kidney operations and afterwards, I'm too sore to have anything sitting on my stomach. So the idea of this was perfect! And the pocket, was a definite bonus!Upon receiving this item, my first thought was that I'd not read the description thoroughly, as it looked like a "demo version" placed on display at a store. That, or perhaps, a Tablet Pal mini had given birth :p ... I'd never imagined that this would fit the iPad mini, as it just looked entirely too small. Though, I will state, it fits perfectly. In fact, I now understand why it's so small (which actually makes it better for packing for travel, or taking with you anywhere). Many cases that are meant to fit a tablet, the tablet is able to slide around... or the elastic bands that hold it in, will get worn & stretch after so much use, and eventually become a problem... With other stands that you just lay your tablet on or against, any movement around it, they fall off. This isn't the case with Tablet Pal mini! It's a secure way to prop your tablet/iPad mini.With the question of how this small item will ever fit a tablet of any kind, that came into my mind at first initial glance... and other reviews, obviously, having the same thought, I'll explain how to place your iPad mini into the Tablet Pal mini. It's actually pretty simple. Though, note: This only works with a bare iPad mini, without a case. (I really don't find this an issue as other reviews have. I'm not sure why anyone would want a case on while having it on this. Also, really, how difficult is it to remove from one, to place back into a case?)Now, I'll explain how to place your iPad mini into the Tablet Pal mini. Just as you would put a fitted sheet on your bed, you take alternate corners and place the tablet into the corners of the Tablet Pal mini. (as shown in the first photo). Place into one cornerof the Tablet Pal mini, then place into a corner onto the opposite side. This will require some stretching of the Tablet Pal mini, but doesn't require the strength of a MMA fighter or anything, like some items that are said to stretch, thankfully. It sounds difficult, but, truly, it's much easier than one would think when first looking the item over. Then go back to the side that you began with, and attach the corner... And repeat. You'll see in the second photo, how it actually looks once my iPad mini is placed into the Tablet Pal mini.This is now become my favorite iPad accessory! I've found myself using it much more than I initially planned to use. It's so small it can easily be thrown into a bag or purse. The pocket is great for the smaller things. My external battery (Native Union JUMP cable - Highly recommended & definitely worth a purchase) and my headphones fit perfectly inside the pocket. You could also fit a cleaning cloth, as well. (Though, I prefer the screen cleaner sticky pads, that can stick to the back of my device usually. I use the Wellspring Tablet & Phone Screen Cleaner, which come in a package of 2. They work forever, and come in cute little designs. Easily peeled from the card, used, and stick back on the card or your device. They seem to never lose their ability to stick, regardless of how many times I've removed them for use! With the Tablet Pal mini, I just place the card between the pocket of the Tablet Pal mini and my iPad mini, & pull it whenever I need it.).While I didn't buy the Tablet Pal mini from the Amazon site (I actually bought mine new from ebay for like $7.00 w/ shipping), I do buy many things from Amazon. When considering any purchase, (in a store or online) I always find myself looking first, at Amazon reviews. I've never actually given an Amazon review myself, (though I shop online for absolutely everything, even groceries, at times) but I loved this item so much, I chose to do so. I hope this review helps someone, & that you enjoy your purchase of the Tablet Pal mini, as much as I have! I'll definitely be buying other colors!

I got it because I thought it would hold my mini iPad, but it's too small, I guess I misunderstood the description.

The tablet holder was the wrong size.

Does not fit iPad mini with a case. This should say pillow for GPS only. This will be returned for sure

I purchased this product directly from the manufacturer last year, and I was completely satisfied. Sure, it looks small, but it's stretches to fit the iPad mini perfectly. You may have to tug it a bit but it fits! I loved it so much I bought several in different colors. It's handy little pocket holds my earbuds & cleaning cloth so I don't have to search around for them. Mine came with a sticky pad so it adheres to any flat surface and doesn't move as I'm using my tablet mi absolutely love these things. 👍🏼
