This is a great mount. Love the fact that there's an option to use a suction cup mount or 3M adhesive. The suction cup works extremely well. I purchased a second mount so I can use the dash cam in another vehicle. I wish they designed these units so the GPS components were in the dash cam and not the mount so they can price the mounts cheaper. Second the dash cam attached to the mount via a magnet. The magnet is so strong that it is somewhat difficult to remove the dashcam. I understand the magnet needs to be strong to hold the camera and prevent it from separating form the mount during vehicle operation but I feel it's so strong it could withstand the Baja 1000.

The original mount that came with the camera fell off my windscreen, the adhesive layer melted. I was actually surprised, as I live in the Seattle area and it doesn't usually get very hot here. This replacement mount fit the camera perfectly, and seems quite secure. Time will tell whether the adhesive works better than the original.

The perfect mount! I love that you can attach the dash cam by magnet so you can remove it any time you need to. I wouldn't ever have any other type of mount.

I bought this because I bought a new car. I old adhesive mount was so good that it cracked the windshield of my old car just trying to get it off. I tried using the suction mount that comes with this pack and it would not stick. It just came right off. So I had no choice but to use the adhesive mount. I gave it 3 stars. It lost 1 and 1/2 stars for the crappie suction mount. And half a star for having no instructions at all. I had no idea how to change the mounts . Thank God for YouTube.
