I am delighted that I can source stuff like this sitting in Bangalore. Tried theWadiyan in boiled and fried form. Both work well

not that much good
Once I purchased directly from a shop of amritsar. The product from amazon is a normal badi and not matching with that flavor. It depends person to person, so others may like it.

Missing in packing
I received only urad dal wadiyan packet. The moong dal wadiyan packet is not in box. How to solve this issue.

Wadiyan are fresh and of good quality with latest manufacturing date. Will definitely order again.

Had to clean it before cooking!
We just opened the packet and it had some mites (ghun in hindi). Although I have to say, we cleaned it thoroughly and made and it was very tasty. Hope its a bit more fresher next time, I will buy again.
