I've read in multiple areas that a high power output will damage this charger and the charger that comes with the watch. It is best to go with a low voltage charger, so I plugged it into my USB output that's attached to my nightstand. My watch was at 25% this morning so I put it on this charger and 8 hours later it's at 60%. I'm going to have to find a better solution, I can't wait all day for this thing to charge. I'm going to mess around with different chargers and see if I can get it to charge faster without damaging the actual device.All in all, this charging stand works, but I think TicWatch has a ton of work to do when it comes to their batteries. My pro barely lasts a day and a half and I literally don't use it for anything except sleep monitoring and counting steps. Kind of pathetic to be honest.

When I first used this charging stand it took 9 hours to charge my watch to 100%. It stopped more than once from charging at all. Now that I have used it for a few days, I have identified the problem. The stock OEM charger has a very strong magnet that holds the watch firmly to the charger, but this stand has a much weaker magnet which does not. I can get this stand to charge at the normal rate, but in order to do so I have to put the watch on it and then press the watch firmly into place. Then as long as I don’t touch or move the stand it will charge normally. I would not recommend this stand to anyone until they increase the strength of the magnet.

I originally gave this 5 stars but began to notice that at times the watch didn't get charged. If I jiggled the watch atround it would usually charge, but if I didn't notice it at night, I'd end up with an un-charged watch. Must be something in the alignment or the electronics.

This works better than the charging base included with the watch. Easier to use. The stock model can attract the watch at an angle where the pins don't actually engage. This one hasn't had that problem, plus the upright presentation makes it a bit easier to see the brief charging animation so that you can be sure you are charging and not just parking.

The stand does make it a little easier to get the watch on a charger, however this charger seems a little more finicky than the standard dot that comes with the watch - it is tight to "mount" the watch for charging. Also, I find it to be much slower to charge - I had my watch on it all evening from around 6pm until after 9am this morning and it only went from a 20-ish percent to around 85 percent - the "dot" would have fully charged my watch before midnight.

I have used several different power sources, but this will not charge the watch over night even. I can use the included charger and get full charge in 2 hours, not this one. I liked the idea of the stand, but I need a charger not just a stand. I have even tried using a fast charger plug to no avail. I would not buy this and keep looking else where.

I am charging a 2019 TicWatch Pro LTE on it and it fits good. A little snug which is good. The metal is sturdy and looks clean. It has silicone pieces on the bottom so it won't scratch your desk. The cord is not removable so keep that in mind. It is charging my watch flawlessly and looks better than the OEM! Glad I found this.

I find sometimes that the charger that came with my Ticwatch Pro doesn't always seem to work. Sometimes I wake up in the morning and my watch isn't charged. I think it wiggles just enough to miss the contacts. This one is great and I love how I just set the watch on it rather that attach the stock one and lay it somewhere.
