Great little stand that works perfectly for the FitBit Versa. Instead of having to clamp and unclamp my Fitbit with the charger that came with it. I can now just pop it onto this. It also allows me to fit things under it. So if you put this on your night stand you can have your phone laying on the bottom part without taking up extra room.

Not a great charger. Fitting the Versa into it is a pain, I always thought that I was going to damage my Versa just putting it in. Even with the overly tight mount, getting consistent contact with the charging pins was hit or miss.I quit using it after a couple of weeks, going back to the Fitbit charger until I found another desktop charger that actually worked.It's possible that the issues I experience were only with the actual charger I received, but I kind of doubt it.

Love the original design of the charger but I couldn't get my Fitbit to charge with the band on. Removing the band every time you charge is to inconvenient. I had to return the item.

It doesn't seem to always seat fully for charging. I need to press it in multiple times. Also it doesn't like to share its source connection. Using a powered USB type 3 hub, I got a notice that there was insufficent power when I had it and a phone and a card reader all plugged in. removed the phone and it worked normally.

The charger that came with my Fitbit Versa had the incorrect voltage or something cause it would NOT charge the watch. I called them and they said they would send me a new one (which will take weeks).In the meantime, I decided to try this generic one from Amazon and get it ALOT faster (a couple days).This thing works like a charm and because it is elevated off the surface, the band does not have to be removed.I will be ordering another as a backup! Nice job!

Very finicky charger. Worked ok until a couple months ago, but required a bit of finagling to get it to work right. However, over the past couple weeks it was worsening, cutting off partway through and now as of today, it won’t keep charging at all. Don’t recommend.

Works to charge, but every so often I get a warning that there is not enough power to charge the device. I remove and re-insert and it seems fine. I only use for emergencies because of that.

Worked fine for about a week, then became intermittent. This charger now no longer actually charges my Versa. It snaps in just fine, but never charges. I am guessing there is no longer any contact on the charging pins. I didn't get around to returning it before the return window closed, which is my fault. Stay away!Still on the search for another charger.
