Read some of my solutions. Might help you. Good product
I’ve been using this for a few years now. I’m buying it today again, and out curiosity I looked at the reviews, and was surprised to see how bad they were. So just a little advice for some of those problems I notice people are having.1- yes, the spatula provided is too skinny, however, if you get one that’s a normal size, it makes the job much easier. Boom, problem solved. (I got mine from my doctors office)2- yes, the temperature must be just right. But that’s something that you just learn from using it a couple of times. Like any other product. You’re probably no expert. So yeah... it might be difficult at first.3- don’t let it sit for too long. Don’t let it get cold on your skin. It should still be kinda flexible. I found that’s the best way it’ll get all the hair. If you wait too long and it gets cold, it tends to break some hairs off.I’ll be reading some more reviews later. If I see anything else that might have a solution I’ll update my review.

Easy for Newbie
Ive never done any waxing before on my own or a salon. I decided to try this one and I think I made good choice.Im not going to lie, it hurt...A Lot. But it wasnt as bad as I thought. It was really easy to get the wax correct temp in microwave. It applied easily. I didnt get completely finished and wax started to get to cool to use but I decided to stop for first day.I have about half the container left and I think it should easily reheat to wax again.I think this is a great product and definitely worth a try to save a lot of money from salon. My technique was not the best but I think it will get a lot better and quicker with time. I also recommend watching a youtube video if you've never done this that helped me.

It's Works
This is my first time purchasing this product from Amazon. I was very disappointed in how it arrived. The box was ripped open. The mailing material was intact but not the actual product. It took me a few days to decide if I still wanted to use this product. Ultimately I did. This product does work. It's imperative that you follow the directions. They don't mention it but please use powder prior to application to soak up whatever moisture you may have on your skin.I used this product only on my underarms. I broke my underarm into 3 sections - top, middle, and bottom. This method worked for me. Find what works for you. It is NOT pain free. Obviously, it's hair removal via waxing so some pain will be involved. Stinging, that kind of thing. I found it to be manageable and tolerable. Much better than I remembered. I've only bought this product once, a few years ago from Ulta. Decided to try it out again and found that Amazon sells it since Ulta no longer does. The photos are just a few of the "strips" when I removed the hair from my underarms. I had a lot more. I think on the package it says enough for 3 uses. I'm not sure about it. Definitely enough for 2. As I get better and improve I can see getting 3 maybe 4 more uses out of the tub for underarms.I have not used it on the pubic/genital area. Have not yet built up the courage for that.

AWFUL
in a word, this product is awful! it took forever to get the thing at just the right consistency. and then once you do that, you have very little time to get it on you before it stiffens up in mid-air. and the mess is annoying! i tried out a couple of strips on my legs to see how it worked first, but i can't imagine going straight to my private area with all the stringy waxy mess! don't know how others managed it, but it's not for me. i like the original NAD's product, tho tried this one since you didn't need backing strips. anyway - very disappointed. i'll just keep going to my wax lady.

Soft wax good for bikini but not brazilian
The wax is easy to use. It is very soft. Beware, do not use on inner labia or pubes. Unlike hard wax used in salons, this one crumbles on thinner skin and is really difficult to remove. On the bikini areas, it took a few tries to get all the hair but it was painless. On the inner labia, it gets very messy, painful, and difficult. If you have a warmer, it might work better. I had to keep microwaving to get it to be warm and it got stringy and the sides were nearly frozen. Despite 7-8 minutes in the microwave, the wax on the sides just didn't melt. If Nair can make the wax harder, that might work better. Another thing, do not leave the wax on for any amount of time. When I left it on the required 30 seconds, it got very hard and difficult to remove. If it is hot and applied, then it can be removed right away. It wont get all the hair out but there is less risk of ripping your skin that way.

Worked really well for me
I've used a bunch of different waxes and this one is by far the best for bikini area. Significantly less pain and less mess, and still more effective than others. I see some conflicting reviews, but I think the biggest issue may be that there is a lot of room for user error - just have to follow the instructions very closely. Couldn't recommend more

Salon quality, better price!
It did turn out that way for me - “salon quality results at home!” I think it did help me to have a few Brazilian waxes done professionally, though. Although I was usually busy chatting with the person waxing me, I did get an idea of how to apply, place and pull the wax. The instructions still helped immensely as I did attempt to follow them closely, with those waxing experiences being over a decade ago. Echoing the other reviewer who recommended baby powder to additionally prep your skin for wax to adhere well. A trick I discovered was using a mug warmer to keep the wax warm after microwaving as it took me an hour. I used a small stainless steel lid in between the mug warmer and plastic wax jar, not knowing if the warmer would be too hot otherwise. That way I could take my time and not worry about constantly running to reheat the wax.
