I had problems with the original order I placed for this product. The picture & product info was not clear and there were issues with product quality. The vendor was proactive and contacted me to get clarification. They corrected the issue with the order page, updated the pictures and reviewed the quality of their product to prevent the same problem. The vendor cares about customer satisfaction. About the product: The magnets are small but stick to the board. This is a good visual/instructional aid for a small group setting and to carry in the field.

The magnet on the pen doesn't stick well. It was lost first use.The hanging strap came broken.

The board is high quality but the magnet fall apart easily....

Numbers on magnets don’t stick and I mainly purchased this board because of the numbers. Plus there is a needless picture on one side of the board taking up space that was not shown on listing picture.

Works well and very useful. Wish the magnets were a bit stronger.

What I thought I ordered and what arrived are different. The main pictures show a zip up folder with soccer field inside. What arrived was more of a board with a field on one side and half a field on the other.The magnets are also not the same as advertised, although they do have numbers on. They are not very magnetic though.
