Works great.
Arrived quickly. Good therapy. Helps build grip, forearm and works some into biceps. I can feel results all the way up into my shoulder. Excellent exerciser. Wood buy again.

Just a good as any other
I bought this one but I decided to return it and get an all metal one for 100 bucks. I think it is called the diablo. If I had to do again I would have kept this one and not gotten the more expensive one because it isn't any better.

Waaaay harder than it lπks. Real fun tho π
Very fun, feels like a good quality with some weight to it in the hand. Much harder to start than it looks with out the string. Once u get it going its a SERIOUS work out. Everything from my fingers to my delt's were burning after only 45 seconds π€£, i thought i was waaay "strong" enough to handle this but its a diff type of strength, u'll see.i do recommend this product AND two day ship, cant beat that πππ

Great Price for a great product.
These balls help me with my Tennis elbow. This isn't a one stop shop for tennis elbow you will still need to eat the right foods and stretch the area twice of day but it does help mitigate the pain. I have had numerous gyro balls over the years and they all last about the same. They all get worn out and are rough to spin up. I cant comment on any of the steal balls but all the plastic ones are the same. So finding one at a great low price is well worth it. The ball I got didn't come with a pull string but that's ok, I'm use to starting these with my thumb. So unless you got money to spend for the $100+ all metal ball just get one or two of these and you'll be fine. Oh and this one also has LED's that light up. The Red LED's light up at slower speeds, and then the green LED's light up at higher speeds. The red and green LED's look pretty cool in a dark room.

Good work out
My physical therapist told me to get one of these to work on my grip strength since I had surgery on my hand. She suggested I get one with a starter base but it was $20 more and the red string works just fine. Let me tell you, this thing is a work out. I am supposed to do this in 3 different arm positions for a minute each (3 minutes total) but I can barely get through the first minute lol. The purple color is true to the photo, very cool. Overall happy with this purchase.

Too Large for Small Hands
I purchased this to rehab my tennis elbow - I liked the idea of it and the design of the ball was really cool. Unfortunately, I have small hands (petite female,) so gripping this was awkward. I wound up with extreme cramping in my hand and forearm. Returned.

Can be hard to start at first
This works as it should, starts really easy with the small cord included. Without the cord I can get it going with a long flat surface or a few passes over my palm if done just right
