Pirongs A5 Teachers' Planner 6 Lesson - Rustic Bird

So glad I bought this. My school is severely underfunded for basics, due to wasting lord only knows how many hundreds of thousands on unnecessary tech, so they no longer provide staff with planners. For 7 weeks I was completely disorganised and couldn't understand why. I purchased this in the hopes of making things a little easier and suddenly rediscovered why planners are so essential. Now, my life is back to normal and I don't feel like I'm in the wrong job!This has been an absolute lifesaver. Everything a teacher would expect, from a calendar to multiple timetable pages, register/markbook pages, notes etc. Only downside for me is that it is for a 5 period day and I teach 6. But I simply use the additional 'notes' box at the end of each day for the extra lessons.

Absolutely brilliant for what I require the Pirongs planner for. I had a larger one last year but this year decided on a smaller one for a part time job. The pages are well designed and even the ribbon that comes with the planner feels like it is made to last. There's even a well made permanent acrylic folder at the back of the planner and the pages mirror the exact layout from previous larger A4 planners by this company. I like that I got the option of choosing a colour and the blue one is a good colour that is different and easy to find. This size is far more manageable in my opinion which is why I wanted to buy my own to the usual A4 ones that take up a bit too much space. (c)NR2 2015.

A nice designed diary - whoever designed this it is clearly easy to use for a teacher with a selection of periods per day. I am not sure why the designers however have done the dates at the beginning with a year planner and then not bothered to do this in the pages. So you have to write the day and date into EVERY page. This is very frustration and takes a lot of time. Due to this I will not be buying this again.

I had the a4 version last year and it helped me stay really organised through each term. As I'm flitting back and fourth to several schools this year I bought the smaller A5 version to keep in my bag. It is the perfect size and not too heavy.The bright colour options make it really easy to spot on your desk and the hard cover make the planner really durable (especially if it is living in your bag!).There are plenty of planning pages, as well as calanders and notes pages - the pages aren't dated either so you can start using at any time.An excellent planner - I wouldn't use any other! Worth every penny.

Nice looking planner, but is expensive. Inside the student Mark records space is ridiculously small to write. Squares should be bigger. Print less lines but make them reasonably bigger. I tried to use different pens but still I can hardly write or see.

My favourite teacher planner. I’m on my 4th one. Useful if you work in FE, as it allows you to put your own dates in, and doesn’t assume you’re in compulsory education.

Usually I buy a bespoke version from Pirongs Uniques but this year I decided to just buy a small off the peg one. It does exactly the same as the A4 sized ones so the mark book at the back is a bit small to use but other than that, a handy pocket sized one.

The perfect planner for any teacher! I buy a new one every year. It has space to plan lessons, notes and record class and data lists. I also like that they are bringing our new designs.
