the chunks are a bit smaller than I'd like, it's a neat thing and works as it's supposed to but it's only if you need the pieces to be uniformly the same size and shape, and probably a little safer than using a big sharp knife, but you could probably just use a dull table knife.

The device is an interesting concept, but it is very impractical to use due to the shape of the melon being round and the device cutting the pieces into squares. This leaves a lot of the melon in the rind at the edges. It is also difficult to consistently cut pieces to the same size - this is based on the depth at which you insert the device into the melon and are able to maintain it. It "cuts" the pieces through pressure rather than a sharp edge, which essentially forces the liquid out of the melon - it's very messy to use. When the fruit is placed in a bowl, it loses liquid quickly and the fruit on the bottom becomes a soggy mess sitting in several inches of water. With that being said, it does do the job if you don't mind having irregular pieces and cleaning up a mess afterward.

It works fairly well but not as perfect from the online videos. If the water melon is too soft it tears it up. When the slot to the handle fills up and you continue to push through, the melon will break off in front of the tool. Do cut the mellon as shown from the online videos, especially buy cutting the skin off to make a flat bottom. For such a low cost gadget it’s fun to use and kids would love to use it.

works good just make sure you get a large watermelon doesn’t work to good with smaller ones

It's easy to use, but the pieces are too big. Would like so be able to adjust the size of pieces.

I disliked the product because it was not an efficient use of time using the tool. It took too long and was not worth the money I paid to cut the watermelon. Also too much waste with the watermelon. and it was limiting on how you could cut the watermelon.

I can cut up a watermelon in 10 minutes and with little or no mess. This is one of the best inventions I have seen in a long time. Worth the space in my drawer for sure!
