Definitely a fan, they are sturdy, a good length and a great value. I like the different resistance/ easy, medium and difficult- and the colors. They’re durable and keep their strength. Woul recommend for anyone.

These are good quality, come with a drawstring bag, and can fit in my purse. I need to do knee exercises on a regular basis and can take these bands with me anywhere. They're 7' long and about 4" wide. I use them in the pool, at the park, on quick breaks from work, even at a rest stop when I'm traveling. If fold a band in half and use it like that, the resistance increases so you get more than just light, medium, and heavy. Very happy with them. Update is that the heavy band broke when I overtaxed it.

This is a nice exercise band set. I, personally, have been using these types of bands for physical therapy. From my experience, they do not last too long. It depends on how often you use them. I was using my band every day, 3-4 times a day for 4-5 months (medium strength), and then it snapped. In any case, it's a nice product. Enjoy while it lasts (literally).

I ordered these because my last set went missing. None of the bands in my last set were long enough for me, so I tied them together to make one longer one. I don't have to do that with these and can choose between light, medium and heavy for use in my pilates class. They come in a nice little drawstring bag, so I think I will take them with me when we go on vacation.

I broke my arm and needed to use these as part of my at home physical therapy. They work great. I preferred the green band which has the most resistance. The long length is great and if you want it shorter just cut it our grab it from a closer end to your anchor point

I teach private dance lessons and used the medium to help teach child ballet technique. After she was done, I went to use the medium with the next child and it tore before she could use it.

These bands are perfect for my strength and stretching classes. Very reasonably priced.

The resistance straps are longer then the majority of the ones that are out there. This enables me to do a wider variety of exercises. They have a nice feel, they don’t slip out of your hands.
