Bought these in August, one of the spray pumps has just gone. That is about 7 months frequent usage. This is a shame as you can’t seem to buy replacement sprays that you know will fit this exact bottle. I was expecting them to last at least a couple of years!

My old plastic spray bottle gave up the ghost last week-the spray just stopped working-only filled it once. However I do not believe plastic is capable of containing homemade cleaning fluids and feel that the chemicals can transfer to other plastic storage bottles (spring water in plastic bottles) tainting the contents. These amber cleaning spray bottles are heavier but safer. The glass obviously breaks easier than plastic, but these are quite robust and it makes the user more aware on handling the cosh. The black trigger spray so far is working well. In this instance using disinfectant to clean floor after puppy mishaps. 16 oz size is larger than most plastic trigger spray cleaning bottles and gives value for money. Glass can be recycled and does not block landfill sites, coral reefs, ocean beds etc. like plastic bottles and nappies which do not degenerate. Watch this space.

Lovely amber bottles, but one nozzle was cracked. I’m ready to make homemade cleaning products for my home.

I love the idea of reducing pladtic use snd buying refillable botgles like these. The glass bottles seem fine but the platic sprayers are rubbish. One if them leaks permanently and tgs other will not stay tightened up. You screw it on to the bottle and it immediately unscrews itself. I would love to return them for a refund, because they simply are not fit for purpose, but it appears i am two weeks too late. They joys of buying stuff in preparation for use! It takes months to swap from plastic to non plastic and can be quite a costly process. So save your money and don't buy these bottles.

I recently made the decision to try and avoid as many chemicals as i can and be as eco friendly as possible . Part of that process involves making my own natural household cleaning products. Most of the recipes I’ve seen recommend dark glass bottles for storage as essential oils keep much better in these. This looked to be an ideal starter set. I got 4 bottles, theyre a decent size and provide alternative lids depending on whether my product will be a spray or not. Even came with labels to help identify the products. Really pleased.

I remember reading a previous review to say that it's only a spray bottle, but when you've had one that doesn't work because you've tilted it at an angle, it makes a big difference. These bottles work well and I'm glad I bought them for the work I had to do (wet sanding my car headlights). It's got two spray functions and both worked well and a decent sized bottle.

I've used all mine very quickly for homemade household 'products'. I have one that lives in the fridge with homemade rose water and the cold has not in anyone impeded the mechanism. I have the others in use for a tea tree oil solution for my sanitiser and another an all purpose cleaner the last is a homemade class cleaner using vinegar and water (see photo). The different spray options are very handy and I use one or another daily since getting them. They have withstood regular use and the mechanism feels sturdy. Very pleased with them and have really helped me on my zero waste journey.

I make a lot of my own cleaning products to try and cut down on harsh chemicals, such as room freshener sprays, glass cleaner, multi surface cleaner etc.,Along with cutting back on chemicals I’m also trying to cut back on plastic use so these glass bottles are ideal.They are safe to use with essential oils and as they are brown glass the oils stay fresh and smelling great.The spray attachments are sturdy and have squirt, spray or off options which all work very well.Also arrives with handy stickers so you can label each bottle with contents.
