As the next evolution of our popular Aluminum Heated Build Plate, this version features additional support for 3 point bed leveling adjustments. Requires a compatible Y carriage plate with center mounting hole to use. Please see supplied drawings and pictures for further details required to mount on 3D Printers. Our Anodized Aluminum Build Plate is designed for use as a heated build surface for 3D Printers.With total dimensions of 220 x 220mm, it is compatible with a wide variety of consumer grade 3D Printers, including the Anet A8, Wanhao Duplicator i3, MP Maker Select and many more. Also fits traditional MK1, MK2, MK2A and MK2B heated bed PCB with a build area of 200 x 200mm. Made from 3mm thick T6061-T6 aluminum alloy, the build plate offers an extremely flat, rigid surface that won't warp, twist or bend during use. Countersunk mounting holes mean the screws sit flush with the surface, eliminating potential issues such as collision with the hotend or using borosilicate glass on top of the heated bed. Excellent build plate
Bought this plate for building a custom printer. Was impressed with the plate’s surface quality and flatness. Very nice counter sinks with threaded holes.Great for sticking AC heatpads on for high temp use. I currently use mine up to 145C for printing Polysulfone (PPSF) on PEI. No noticable warping or change in shape while heating to high temps.

Super flat and perfect.
Not much to say, it's perfect. I did drill the holes out to work with my 3mm hardware. Resetting the machine using this and a new PEI sheet was so easy and my test raft piece laid down perfect even lines. Great!

No milled channel underneath
Does not have the milled channel that is listed in the description. Just an aluminum plate with 5 holes countersunk.

Great is all that's need to be said. Resolved adhesion and leveling issue. Converted bed to 3 point leveling w/predrilled and tapped holes. Pair with silcone heater from gold coast, as it is just the aluminum bed no heater

Quality build plate
Very nice bed, upgraded from a thin bed.

No milled channel.
Despite the description, it did not have the milled channel. Just the aluminum plate with 5 countersunk holes.Plate quality seems fine otherwise but it won’t fit with my heated bed.
