Horrible smell
I received it four days ago and I thought the smell would go away. At first I thought it was like bug repellent, then I realized it's something like fertilizer. It smells like the garden section at a home improvement store.I can't get the company to respond.There is also a mis-threading (not the right word) that is large and in the middle of the bed area. It's more than noticeable.Comfort is subjective, but I'm going back to sleeping on a XXL MAYAN hammock.

this is my second one and it does not hang even. one side hangs lower then the other

Very comfortable
Great hammock. Only disappointment is that the fringe design was not as pictured. Also, does not come with pillows. Still nice!
