Works perfectly fine!

Plastic
Can only use for cold oil. The fitting (not the hose) melted after the first use. For the price this should be metal but you’ll have to make it on your own. This price is 99% labor and shipping. Two stars because this is exactly what should have come with the fryers standard… but didn’t, and poor quality.

Fitting was plastic. Will melt draining hot grease. Web view appears to be brass.

Not what is pictured
From the picture it looks as though it comes with a brass fitting. The one that was shipped to me is plastic. Pretty high price for such cheap material

Easily made!
This 3/4”male brass standard thread coupling with 3/4” hose fitting on other side does the trick! The 3/4” inside diameter clear hose handles warm oil and is held with a stainless crimp hose clamp. This saved me a trip to the hardware store where I would have spent about $8.00!
