Even though this light has basically 2 settings high and low its just about perfect for most chores. Batteries are medium capacity but at least you're getting a realistic capacity not an overstated one like many of the other sellers advertise. Anyway, they r removable so you can use your choice. This light will work on 1 battery in a pinch if u need to use it. Also the included batteries must be high drain because they didn't have any trouble on high using either 1 or 2 cells. It takes 4 18650 button top cells which are included. Since it uses 4 batteries it will take 8 hours to fully charge. Mine charged batteries to 4.19 which is perfect for a cell rated for 4.2v. Light feels like quality in your hand. Very nice machining and fits your hand nicely. Doesn't use the ever popular micro usb but I can say the plug that seals the round port will be better at keeping water and dust out. This flashlight package gives you a lot of bang for your buck, I think its the best flashlight package out there especially for the price!

First of all, I love this light. We live in a rural location, with all kinds of nighttime noises and a curious dog, so the light is useful, powerful and comforting.But after 8 months it simply stopped working.I wrote to the distributor, and within minutes received a return email asking for my address. About a week later, a new light arrived.I couldn't ask for better customer service.

With batteries fully charged as checked by voltmeter (4.1 vdc each), the light will not come on. It did work the few uses after purchase. Though I can't find any instruction manual on the internet, there are some somewhat of BS threads on amazon about "insulation mode," which indicate pressing the button 5 times in one second (not physically possible, that's less than 200 milliseconds per press) and elsewhere stated that really means 5 presses in 3 seconds not one second. This does not work either. So I have a pretty expensive, well constructed, piece of metal which does not come on - that translates to throwing my money away, something I find distasteful. Luminosity - clearly not 10,000 lumens. Though this is bright, it is false marketing. Too late to return to amazon. BEWARE.

Although I don't believe it has the max lumens stated by mfg it is a very bright light. For the money it is well worth it. Would I take it with me into the wilds, probably not as I would bring a Fenix, Rofis, Olight, or NiteCore which I feel would be more dependable. I will though leave this flashlight in my vehicle for emergency's on the road.

I don't know if it's actually 10K lumens, but on full strength it will turn night into day wherever you point it. I have owned it for a few months and I'm impressed with how long it can keep a charge. It is a little heavy, but I kind of like the weight. This has become my primary go to flashlight around the house.

HOLY MOLY!!!! This light is AWESOME!!!! Really, really, really bright!! This light lights up everything you point it at. IT’S NO JOKE!! The size of the light is not small, it’s the size of a soda can, but that doesn’t bother me. If your looking for a small flashlight, this is not for you. It’s great!!

Great light, but the outside button part came loose and fell off in 2 pieces. So I glad I got some spare neoprene rubber o ring 3/8" ID / 0.5" OD, and I put that o ring on the shoulder part of that hollow button holder screw, then I tighten it up, but not too tight, but tight enough to lock in, and now that button holder screw won't come loose anytime soon. So the button holder screw on that flashlight really needs an neoprene rubber 3/8" ID o-ring or a split lock washer to fit right under the shoulder of that button holder screw just to prevent it from working itself loose, and that neoprene rubber o-ring fits snugly around the button holder screw, and that o-ring won't slip off whenever that button holder screw is removed. So if I couldn't find those button pieces, I would've returned that flashlight, and if I did get an replacement, I would still put an o-ring under the shoulder part of that hollow button holder screw if it doesn't anything to prevent that button from working itself loose. After 1 year of usage, the lens cracked, and so I had to replaced that cracked glass lens with 0.0625in 9800psi polycarbonate that is thinner, stronger, and make the light shine brighter than that glass lens. So I won't be buying another flashlight like this one if parts on that flashlight keep getting loose and falling apart, and the lens easily break without any high impact factors.Warning, do not shine this flashlight in people's eyes especially at night or low lighted areas, it would blind them quicker than looking directly at the sun due to the high Kelvin temperature than the sunlight. That light is brighter than the high beam headlights on those automobiles.

This flashlight is bright, tough, and compact. It's a great flashlight for the price, I have no complaints whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this to a friend or anyone looking for a quality light.
