Decent gloves for the average beekeeper
Bought these because I needed a new pair quickly and because my suit is made of the made multi-layered mesh. These gloves are no better or worse than any other “heavy duty” beekeepers gloves. The 4 stars is for the average once or twice a month beekeepers use. I’m a full time beekeeper and go through 4-10 different hives a day 5 days a week. So, for me, I’d give them 3 stars.First off, “vented” anything and stinging insects means getting stung. I often fantasize about meeting the person who invented vented glove panels in a dark alley one night.Personally I’d trade the venting for a triple thick goat skin glove with a solid double layered goat skin gauntlet. Or deer hide, which is stronger, or maybe even kangaroo, which I heard has the greatest molecular density. But venting keeps you cooler! That’s nice. In the summer in a full suit for a long period of time, ANY leather gloves are going to get soaked in sweat and the bees will sting right through it. So much for venting. Since you’re wearing a bee suit and have the gauntlet either over or under your sleeves, venting is a mute point. If you don’t wear a jacket then who cares about venting anyways? Enjoy your Benadryl addiction.Recommend buying them a little loose because, if the material’s not snug against skin, you might not notice any stingers.Decent product. Joe and Suzie Average Beekeeper should be happy with them and look quite spiffy at the local club meetings. For guys like me with filthy, sweat stained bee suits who do this everyday, I’ll opt to double glove with a light weight pair of bee gloves worn underneath these. But that’s not unexpected or any better or worse than all the other gloves out there.Ecohoneybees.com.

Meh.
The fit on the fingers is wonky and uncomfortable. Makes it hard to grip frames with finger tips. Otherwise works as designed.

Value for money
Works well.

Is tight on my hand and get stings
The leather part over the hands is thin and tight so I frequently get stings. However, they are made thin so you have more feeling of what you are doing. The netting is a little small and I can't pull it up and over my sleeve on my suit. Qualitywise they are good though.

poorly fitting fingers
Not such great quality, but I guess you get what you pay for. The pinky fingers were WAY too long. In the trash they go

Excelentes
Bastante comodos, aunque eventualmente un aguijón de abeja puede pasar la piel del guante...

Great gloves - good quality
Happy to find these and delivery was quick. Good quality and good fit to the gloves. They fit to a normal glove size so order based on what size you would normally wear.Like that they are vented, don't need more heavy material over my jacket.Definitely recommend these!
