There's a special spring as a section of the stretchers, I think this will withhold stronger wind.

Ease in use
The umbrella opens and closes easily with a press of the button on the handle. This is important to me, as so much of the time when you are trying to keep dry as you get into a car an umbrella does not close with just a press of the button.I really like this umbrella.

An Umbrella That Doesn't Even Open Up
The media could not be loaded. Buyer Beware: Do NOT BUY. I literally just received this item.. Opened the package, pressed open button to test it out. Let up forcefully enough to knock anyone who happens to be in the way out cold, but I wasn't too bothered, because at least it opened up, right?.... WRONG. I let it down and went to test it again... Second test, right out of package, product failed. When I pressed the open button, the pole shot out, but the umbrella did not open up, and thus far, will not open up, even when I try to pry it open manually with my hands. Unless an extended pole will keep you dry, this is a total waste of money. And that sucks because I thought the pattern was pretty cute :-(

I really like this umbrella. It is stylish, & has held up well in the wind so far.

I was cheated. I ordered two ($16 each) and received one for $32.
The price. It was excessively expensive. As I said, I ordered two and received one. Then the price changed from $16 (the price of a today deal for one piece) to $32.
