Don't listen to everyone else..
Ok so don't listen to everyone else saying it doesn't fit or it's a stiff fit. I bought this with the intention on it going on my Canon EFS 50mm f/1.8 stm lens. And it fits absolutely perfect. Maybe the other reviewers didn't buy it for this specific lens, but If you read the product discription and it says it's for the canon 50mm lens, it definitely is. Works like a treat and it's reversible. Defo worth having if you don't fancy paying fortunes for a genuine canon one.

Does what it's supposed to do
This was bought as a replacement lens hood for a Nikon AF NIKKOR 24-85mm f/2.8-4D, and it fits that lens perfectly. It does feel a little fragile maybe, but no more fragile than the original.

Stiff to fit on lens but stays in place!
Feels solidly made, but a bit more fiddly and stiff to fit onto the lens. Once it's on it stays in place. A hood keeps some light glare off the front of the lens and some light rain depending on the lens not being pointed up and the rain not being wind driven. Also a lens hood can take some impact if the front edges of the lens get knocked, and it's cheaper and easier to replace a cracked hood then a lens filter or to get a lens repaired.

Doesn't fit well
Doesn't easily plug into the lens coupling without forcing over the threads. I wish that I had sent it back earlier.

Perfect fit
Wow at last a perfect fit for my lens both ways i.e both in use and rear facing for storage good quality and a great price fast delivery as well. Does exactly what it is supposed to do no complaints from me

Articolo arrivato in leggero anticipo sui tempi, paraluce in ABS innestato regolarmente sull'obiettivo 50 mm. Funzionalmente non differisce dall'originale Nikon. Prezzo corretto.

Nul, tourne dans le vide et ne tient pas du tout.
Ce pare-soleil est nul, la bague tourne dans le vide et ne bloque jamais.Se qu'il fait qu'elle ne tient pas du tout et tombe au moindre mouvement.

S'adapte parfaitement à l'objectif Canon 50mm STM. Tient très bien en position dans les 2 sens.Le produit a l'air solide. À voir dans le temps.
