Recommended by ND and functional medicine doctor
One of the family has experienced health issues related to heavy metal poisoning (not the music lol). Dr prescribed Mt Capra Mineral Whey to balance out system, provide nutrition that was compromised, and calm the nerves, and this does help as intended. Can be mixed in water if you like the taste, or smoothies if you don't. It dissolves better than other wheys we have tried. Tasty as a powdered milk substitute in tea, but not so much in coffee. If you like goat milk (we do) this is yummy. It can be an aquired taste if you're not used to it. This has been a staple in our home for awhile, with it's clean taste and consistent quality, and nutritional benefits.

You'd need to eat an avocado or a sweet potato to get near the amount of potassium that ...
This is one of those products that I intend to use for long-term, as long as I can afford it. It's made from goat milk, grass-fed I believe, which means it should be easier to tolerate than cow milk for those who have issues with dairy. It contains a lot of bang for your buck when it comes to the electrolyte content. You'd need to eat an avocado or a sweet potato to get near the amount of potassium that this stuff has, and it also has the same amount of calcium as a serving of dairy products, plus it has magnesium and naturally occurring sodium. These four minerals (and others), called electrolytes, are important to maintaining various processes in your body based on electrical reactions and energy needs. They are probably the next-most important thing to consider in your diet after you take care of your macronutrient needs. The thing that really sells this stuff for me is that it is an animal product and is alkalizing like vegetables are. But while you might get beneficial compounds from consuming plants, your ability to absorb the mineral content isn't going to be as good as an animal-sourced food. That means you are consuming the equivalent of a serving or more of vegetables in terms of mineral content and your body can utilize that mineral content better than if you got it from vegetables! If you are concerned about your health and don't like to eat too many vegetables, this may be one part of a strategy to counteract deficiencies that would otherwise result from that dietary choice.

Capra Whey
Good product. You have to keep in a dry place or the moisture will make the powder very hard.

I'm a repeat buyer of this product
I have purchased this product three times so far. My first purchase being a smaller container, then after realizing how great the product was, I've been purchasing the large container. My favorite ways to consume the product are in orange juice or in my coffee. It has a taste but it's so hard to describe. I love the taste! When I take the minerals, I instantly feel a calming effect. It's one of my favorite supplements.

Minerals you need
I’ve been using this product off and on for about 10 years. While I don’t feel the benefits of it per in a sense of energy or lack of inflammation, when I’m not taking it, I constantly crave dirt. I am assuming my body but not be absorbing minerals from my diet. I eat very healthily and I’m of the mindset if your body is craving something it’s probably lacking something. I also really love the flavor. It adds a bit of a nutty flavor to my coffee.

Great Value, Excellent Source of Natural Minerals Your Body Can Process
This is a great form of naturally-occuring minerals, in a form we can metabolize. I've used this for years now, and believe it's helped me with inflammation and other issues. I'm in great health at 50+, so maybe this stuff works! But at first, I thought I might use it in place of my grass-fed whey protein from cows. Nope! It's too concentrated and tastes pretty strong (at least if you add a big scoopful to your smoothie). Now I mix a smaller amount of this into my "protein powder blend" (which contains regular, quality whey protein and other herbs, like Nopal powder, organic tart cherry powder, ashwagandha, etc.). Wouldn't want to have too much of a good thing anyway- an excess of this Mineral Whey in your diet might be counter-productive, since it does carry trace amounts of lead and other minerals you don't want to get too much of...Great value for an excellent product
