This is one of the more effective acne treatment gels I have used on my hormonal acne. It many times can bring a deep pimple to a head. Sometime even draw out the more surfaced ones. It can turn skin white and be super dry the next day (depending on how much you apply). Still more effective than most. Not a miracle treatment.

I'm very pleased with this product
I'm allergic to benzoyl peroxide so there are very few acne medications that I can use and that WORK! I'm very pleased with this product. It really does work over night. It decreases the inflammation and redness of acne breakouts.

Works really well on small bumps but not great on cystic acne. Its the only thing I've used that really works on my tiny forehead bumps.Been using for about 7 months, I use it before bed almost every night. Can't be worn under makeup it's too sticky. Can be drying so I take breaks one or two days a week.

I feel like it's very effective
I have used this product for years... but it's impossible to find now! I feel like it's very effective, and it's also gentle, which isn't easy to find in an acne product. Stores I have found this in in the past, no longer stock the salicylic acid gel, but I can find the benzoil peroxide gel most of the time. Just wish the salicylic gel was more abundant!

Zapzyt is the shizyt
This was the only acne treatment that worked for me when I was having adult acne several years ago. Constant breakouts on both sides of my chin. Zapzyt if the shizyt.

Very oily and causes breakouts.
I usually use the Acne Treatment gel and made the mistake of getting this one instead because it was cheaper. This stuff is so greasy, it caused extreme acne,the kind I have never gotten before. Three times the size of any normal breakout I've ever had. I don't know what's in this stuff but it is not good for acne prone skin.
