First of all do your research if you plan on using this at home! It is very easy for things to go wrong and burn your skin, so please be careful and do lots of research. I think the 30% is a great starting point for anyone with normal skin. If you have acne or sensitive skin you may even want to try 10 or 20% to be safe. I used a whole bottle of 30% before and planned on going up to 40 % but I developed adult acne (had nothing to do with the use of this product) and I had a lot of open blemishes on my face so I decided to stick with 30%.I was using a product from my derm for my acne called epiduo. It has benzoyl peroxide and rentinol in it, so they recommend not to use any products with glycolic acid, hylaronic acid, salacylic acid, rentinol, etc. long story short I was using this medicine for 6 weeks and every day I would have around 5 more pimples show up. My skin was so painful and sensitive and it burned any time I put anything on my face, even water. I got so fed up I decided to do a chemical peel at home to clear up all my acne as it has done for me before. This time around it stung a lot when I applied it (a little tingling- light stinging is normal) I left it on for ten minutes and washed it off. My skin was very red right afterward, but the next day the redness went down and some of my pimples where gone. A few days after doing my peel my skin is almost back to normal. I plan to keep using it, as it seems to work wonders for me!I have also used this on uneven textured skin and it helps smooth it out, I use it on the keratosis on my arms and it completely clears it up. I do maintenance "peels" if you can call them that on my keratosis, but it is almost completely gone. You can also mix a drop in with your daily moisturizer as well.

OMG I LOVE this stuff and don't plan to go without it! I was super careful and did a patch test first. I started out leaving it on for 1min (use my phone's timer) and every 5-7 days I added another min. This way I never burned my skin.I started getting results at 3mins but found 4mins gives me optimal benefits. I use Dr. Song's neutralizer (cost around $5). Days 1-2 my skin feels tight and a little tingly in places. I use a gentle vitamin-rich serum from Olay and Honeyskin Organic Aloe & Stem Cell Therapy.The "peeling" starts around day 3. My skin just starts feeling a little rough/dry but peeling is never visible in my case.~ Super Important ~1. DON'T SCRATCH IT2. AVOID THE SUN for at least a few days (sunscreen made my face burn when I used it in the first few days after the peel so I washed it off and just stay inside.)3. DON'T EXFOLIATE at all.Days 4 -5 my skin feels and looks INCREDIBLE! Sunspots are almost completely gone after just two 4min peels 1wk apart. Pores are tiny now! My makeup looks so much better. I use only a little bit of organic CC and eye makeup. I'm so glad I decided to try this! I'll never run out!Will post pics soon.

I am an esthetician and I use this peel on my clients. I have. Gotten great results with it and its comparable to a light peel at a dermatologist.It will exfoliate the dead top layer and maje the skin glow and firm it as well as even out the tone.Do be careful though if you have sensative skin or dry skin or have never had a peel. Start with 30 seconds to 1 min with your first peel and have a neutraluzing solution handy. Obe tablespoon of baking soda in a bowl of cold water. Apply neutralixing solution to a soft cloth and wipe peel off but do not rub. Or splash neutralizer on your face and follow with a cold or cool water rinse. And please use coomon sense and dont go out in the sun for a day or 2 and dont wax or do anything irritating to your skin.Its a great peel with professional results.

Applied correctly, this stuff is great. The trick is educating yourself to use it properly from the very beginning. I recommend a schedule, and slowly ramping up your % over time to what your skin will tolerate, for maximum effectiveness. DO follow the products instructions very carefully.The first time I used this stuff (a couple years ago) I was shocked at what it bore out of my pores. It was so much more effective that a mud mask, and the results longer lasting. I like to use this product in waves, for instance, twice a week for a month, and repeat that 2-3 times a year.I strongly recommend that you use this when you are untanned and have no intention of tanning within the near future.

Excellent product, if done properly, and avoiding burns. It is recommended to use a neutralizing solution to deactivate the glycolic effect.

Very good quality, and the same thing used during $75 chemical facials at a spa. Make sure you do your research first and have the correct products to use along with this product before using. You can damage or hurt yourself since this is an acid. This is only 30% and there is only mild tingling, however it can still be dangerous if you do not know how to use it properly. I ordered the 30% Glycolic peel and received 10%. There are no returns and you can’t replace items. I used the product and so got a slight tingle. I will order directly from the website next time —seems to be hit or miss judging by other comments.

I used this on myself as well as my client and both our skin got super dark. My complexion is fair with yellow tones and my clients is a beautiful chocolate brown. Neither of us peeled and yes of course i neutralized both of us after about 3-5 min.. Ive used other glycolic peels and did not see a darker tone post treatment. So unsure if i’ll even use this again on myself or anyone. 2 stars for the packaging - nice presentation.

In the package it supposes to written as glycolic acid medical strength . Instead of that it written as chemical peel which I feel it's not a original product

Original product. High quality as expected. Though package delivery was delayed and the real status never matched the SMS's received.
