ASDM Beverly Hills 50% Glycolic Acid Medical Strength, 2oz

My friend who is an aesthetician recommended Glycolic Acid 50% to me, and she even did one treatment for me. I'm not sure what brand she used, but I loved how my skin looked and felt after so I was determined to get some for myself. I found the ASM Beverly Hills brand on Amazon, and was so glad they sold the 50%. My olive skin is normally oily in the summer, & combination oily/dry in the winter, plus I get adult acne, & have a few fine lines ... This product soften the lines, minimized past acne scars, got rid of skin discoloration, got rid of dry skin, and helps keep acne away. My skin is now soft, supple, and always glowing from the glycolic acid peels. I started by leaving it on my first treatment for 30 seconds, and doing a treatment every week and a half to two weeks, worked my way up to 3 minutes. I get a ton of compliments on my skin, no one thinks I'm my actual age (I am almost 35 & look 23) and will use this forever. I *highly recommend this product.

This product works. I've tried a few other chemical peel products before but nowhere near 50%. So I was really nervous at first. I put it on the first time and literally after 5 seconds of putting it on, my face was already tingling. I only left it on my face for one minute though. I could have gone another minute but because it was my first time using this product, I didnt want to risk burning my face. Maybe next time I'll increase the time increments until my facial skin can handle it. They also have instructions printed on the box. It was also very helpful. Especially with that 50/50 baking soda/water for neutralizing. Don't forget to hydrate skin after and use adequate sunscreen every time.

I bought this because I was desperate to try to to get rid of my ingrown hair marks near my bikini line like so many other girls before the summer, did it work? not sure, it stung so much I went to wash It off right away. I should've listened when I read this high percentage is for professional use only. I gave it away to my friend who has done peels on her face before and for her it worked wonders, so on that note if you know how to work with this it should be able to work wonders for you as well.

I am Scottish, Irish, and German decent, with light green eyes, 33 yrs old. To those saying this is like water, um, no. It is definitely acid! There are rules though. I only had mine on for 30 seconds and it worked great. Peeling perfect the next day. Burned like hell. I ran to the kitchen for the baking soda like a flash of lightning. This is a wonderful product. It does cause sensitivity and redness, but it is suppose to. Don't use it right before you need to go somewhere important. Duh! What a money saver! Why in the hell would I pay over $100 for treatment in a spa? Thank you! A must have in your beauty supply.

This did nothing to improve my skin, but it did give me some very lovely chemical burns! I left it on for LESS Ryan the recommended amount of time, and I STILL got burns. I've used other products from this brand and been very pleased, but this product is garbage! And it's dangerous, too. I would not recommend this to any one!

Works great!! But first - please please be careful. You have to know what you are doing, or you could end up with severe facial burns. If you are not confident with doing a peel at home then pay the extra money to go to a professional. Yes, as some reviewers said- it burns.....but you ARE putting an ACIDIC chemical on your FACE. I have now used this product for the past few weeks and I have already noticed a difference. My skin is smoother and looks fresher. I am very pleased and will continue to use this product
