Sherman Replacement Part Compatible with Honda Civic Rear Bumper Reinforcement (Partslink Number HO1106142)

got this bumber and when i went to put it in the nuts weren’t welded right and i had to go buy special bolts and i was only able to put 1 bolt on each side of the bumber to mount it because it didn’t align with the rest of the frame and the inside of the bumber had rust and the outside had nicks all over.

The bolts do not line up to the rear chasis. You have to used your imagination and beat it until it fits. Only bolt 3 and wish me luck.

It fits but you’ll need to do some modifications. I had to modify the reinforcement and my trunk holes. But for the price it was worth it.

Holes didnt line up and came bent due to shipping, but made it work.

The bumper slides in fine, but the holes don't line up for the bolts. The nuts are welded to the bumper. The nuts are also not lined up with the holes. I'll have to Dremel around the nut openings to line the bumper frame up to the nuts and Dremel into my trunk holes so they'll line up with the bumper. I think the bumper pieces are just welded a little sloppy, but it's enough to make everything off by a little bit. It does disappoint me. I didn't get around to this project until after the return period closed and I noticed it's no longer offered. This is probably the reason it was pulled from Amazon.

Not a direct fit. Had to do some fabrication to get it to work. But for the price I guess I can't complain

Not as heavy as the one it replaced...smaller gauge steel. The bolts also didn't line up. We had to beat it with a hammer to get the holes to line up. Overall, decent replacement but definitely wasn't a perfect replacement.

Body shop had to pound it in but it works for the purposed I bought it for. Should last me another 20 years. Great buy for the price also.
