Modern Contemporary Chandelier Rain Drop Chandeliers Lighting with Crystal Balls!

This chandelier is in a word "beautiful". The pictures to not do it justice. Everyone who enters my home comments on its stunning and unique appearance. It hangs in front of my glass patio doors with a bay view behind and it is not obstructive of the view. It has a light and airy feel. I recommend a handy man to hang the chandelier. For my installation, it was quite easy since the ceilings are made of concrete. Drilling in 4 lead anchors in the ceiling, screwing in and voila. For dry wall ceilings some support will be needed. It takes about two hours to hang the crystal balls and wire crystals. It requires some patience. Some of the wires will come out of the plastic bags quite easily. Some will require some patience to untangle. In setting up for installation, check the 9 light sockets. Some are lose and some have screws or nuts missing. They are usually found loose in the box. If you want the wow factor, this is it.

This could have been an unusual piece, but my contractor wouldn't install it because it was so complicated. He said he could sub-contract an electrician to install it, but that it would cost several hundred dollars. Each strand of filiament would have to be hand tied on both ends, and the measurements of each hanging piece would need to be perfectly precise. So, the piece remains in its shipping box.

It is a beautiful chandelier, a little hard to install (may need an extra hand) but it looks GREAT!some bulb sockets are loose, so you may need to put some screws back in position (it brings extra screws)Instructions are NON functional but is a very easy product once you realize how to do it.MY RECOMENDATION: use extra support on your ceiling, after installation the chandelier ends up being heavy...

I recently remodeled my house and purchased this chandelier for my living room. A week ago I had a housewarming party, and this chandelier was photographed and talked about, the rest of the remodel was quickly forgotten by the guests. It looks stunning and very unusual. I was impressed with the quality of the chandelier, they even included 2 white gloves so you don't have to clean fingerprints off after hanging all the crystals (I used one at a time for holding crystals, it is impossible to open metal rings with a gloved hand). I was also impressed with the quality of service I received from the seller - after 3 hours of hard work I realized that I was missing 2 strings (out of 110), so I emailed the seller to see what can be done. I received a quick response and within several days I had the 2 replacement strings without any extra charge.Assembly:You will need a professional to hang the base as it needs solid reinforcement, but the rest of the assembly can be done by anyone with a 10ft ladder and 3 hours to spare - you will need to hang 110 crystal balls onto keychain-like metal rings. Metal rings are quite small and relatively hard to manipulate. After putting up half of the balls my fingers started bleeding. At this point I put on some bandaids, and the rest was painless. Should have used bandaids from the start.

This chandelier looks amazing. The crystals are heavy, consider to have to professional to mount the base. It dose take a long time to put everything together, but the effect was truly amazing. The service from seller is excellent, I have 3 defect strings, they sent me new ones right way. Everyone who saw this at my place loved it.

THIS HAS VERY LIMITED DIRECTIONS, NO WORDS AT ALL! AND IS EXTREMELY HARD/COMPLICATED TO PUT TOGETHER..HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT UP YET.

Wow what a beauty, looks so elegant and creates amazing effect with the diamond cut glass... the only thing I recommend is get it installed by a pro unless your a good DIY type of guy requires 2 people to mount and needs a solid base for hanging like additional 2 x 4's since that the chandelier is pretty heavy.

best investment I made for my house!!!!installation of the wires and crystals isn't that bad. 2 hours..I definitely recommend replacing the halogens with LEDs. I only use 45W total with the LEDs, and there is much less heat from the bulbs.
