Love this oil for the health benefits, helping to heal from the inside out. Am on my second bottle and getting ready to order a third.

Don't be fooled by all the good reviews on this oil....I tried it after trying several others and this causes break out on skin and severe headaches when taken orally. I have not had any of these symptoms before when taking other brands.

I couldn't see where it helped me at all, so I would never buy it again.

I take a drop of this occasionally. I believe it is good for my health.
