headset slips off my head easily.
I have a Problem with the looseness of headset falls straight off my head not good. The cushion on top of the headset helps with it slipping off my head also. The wire looks as if any bump or drop will damage the headset immediately. This headset came in clean original box but was already damaged speakers or wire or connection or something because the headset will make irregular sounds in game and in regular chats with friends in party. I used it a few times but still stays the same. I stopped using them after a month or before actually. I feel like this will be a better headset for others if the headset don’t keep falling off of their heads. Still I give it four stars only because the headset keeps falling off my head when I move around but they are good headset from what I heard before I purchased. The fact they came defective in a new box I feel like I need a different brand headset since this one came like it did.

My Favorite Headphones
I go to lans to play video games for days at a time and have tried several sets of headphones and complained constantly about all of them. These, however, are great! They have great sound for the speakers and microphone. They aren't too tight or too loose (I have a small head and some were still way too tight) and aren't so big that they push on the artery under my ear! The best part is that I don't have to remember to take off my earrings. I was wearing medium size hoops and they fit over them perfectly. I didn't even remember I had the earrings on. After four full days in a row wearing them they are the best fit ever!

AUX plug be damned! But great headphones.
I bought these headphones in late 2024, which sat in the box for several months. I knew I would need them when I secured a remote (work from home) job. I started using them in April (2025). Within just hours, the AUX plug failed --- I had to wiggle the AUX plug to get sound in both. I bought a USB to AUX adaptor from Amazon just a few days ago. Unfortunately, that didn't fix the problem. I'm going to check out the manufacturer's website and see if there are fixes or replacement parts. The sound is great, and the microphone is unobtrusive and easy to move. I would repurchase these, but I'll buy the warranty next time.

Best headset
My favorite headset I’ve had it for a few years and it still works great, I bought this one because it was cheap and my headsets break after some wear and tear but this is my favorite pick

Aggressively Average
These are the most average headphones I have ever worn. There are definitely better ones on the market for cheaper—I just didn’t want to leave my house. Sound quality is mid, it works as advertised. No active noise cancellation just padded earphones to block the noise around you. It’s comfortable and easy to set up. If you want a headphones that’s not going to disappoint but also not impress, this would be the one.Is it worth a buy? Well, I could’ve gone to Best Buy bought similar ones for a better price—but like everything in San Diego it’s 20 minutes away. So I would have spent 20 minutes driving, 2 minutes parking, 2 minutes walking the length of the parking lot into the store, 5 minutes finding the aisle, another 10 figuring which to get, then 2 minutes heading over to the checkout, 5 waiting in line for old people to haggle over prices, 2 minutes walking back to my car and 20 minutes to drive back home. Was it worth $40? Sure, why not

Great sound. Immersive surround. Lighweight.
These headsets are great. The sound is crisp and good base. Voices are clear. And the surround feature blows my surround speakers out of the water. Highly recommend for gaming.

Don't Bother
Pros:1) It's $10 cheaper than where I originally found it online.2) It's wired, so I don't have to worry about batteries needing to be recharged.3) It's comfortable to wear. I'm a big guy, so having a headset that doesn't squeeze my head while using it helps.Cons:1) To use this properly, you need to download the, "Logitech G Hub," software from the Logitech website. I was having trouble getting the headset to work properly, and thought it just needed a driver update. That's what I thought I was downloading from their website, and got the app instead. I don't need something taking up more hard drive (or SSD) space.2) Testing the sound, it doesn't work as it should. Sound comes across as 5.0 or 5.1 instead of the 7.1 surround sound it's supposed to be. The G Hub app has a surround sound test I was able to use. The, "left," "left rear surround," and "left surround," channels were all the same speaker. The same with the, "right," "right surround," and "right rear surround," channels. The way the test is designed, a slight difference on the right side was less difficult to detect. By slight, I mean close to zero difference between the three channels on each side.I tried it with several games. Destiny 2, Call of Duty, Resident Evil Village (aka Resident Evil 8, and RE8), and A Plague Tale: Requiem, are the first games I tried. The first 2, sound was lackluster and had some spatial distortion. RE8 needed some extra tweaking in the game settings. With some research, Requiem required a sound setting in the operating system modified. The headset went from not plug-n-play, to less-than plug-n-play. If I have to do technical acrobatics to get moderate surround sound and sub-par sound for other games – not to mention movies and other forms of entertainment – then this will be the last Logitech headset I get.3) I was talking to Logitech customer service online, and she confirmed the 3.5mm-to-USB converter (she called it a USB DAC) is needed for the device to work as a true 7.1 surround sound. Even while using it and the Logitech G Hub, it still wasn't giving me 7.1 surround sound.4) The headphones do NOT work with every game. I tried it with Resident Evil VII.I.age, and sound was almost none existent, and choppy extremely low when it did exist.5) The sound was off. I have a Bluetooth headset by another company that sounds much better. Recording games, then playing them back, the sound is even worse.I would NOT recommend this headset. It's a shame, because I've never had problems with other Logitech equipment I've used, and would like to stick with them. I guess their name on headsets (or at least this one) doesn't mean much.(edited)(Further edit) 11 months, and a few short drops later, one of the sides broke off and was unrepairable. That makes this the shortest time I've had to replace any headphone set.
