This is exactly what I was looking for
I play racquetball a few times a week and have recently added some weight training to my routine, mostly on various machines. With this journal I am able to track the weights and reps for each type of machine without relying on memory.This journal provides enough room for many entries for each category and has sufficient pages to last for a long time. The paper is stiff enough to stand up to hard use by clumsy, sweaty hands. The covers are tough enough that I can through it in my gym bag when finished and not worry about wear and tear.

Work journey ahead!
I bought this book to help me track my weight and keep my rear in gear. It has been super helpful around the gym keeping track of my exercise, sets, and weights. I can easily flip between pages and find my labled workouts from a while back to check weight. Good looking, small, and fits nice around the gym.

Very durable, nice quality
Really like it, very durable and the little elastic and the string bookmark are thoughtful. My only grip is that I wish the roght hand pages were blank rows like the left hand pages. I dont find the little set and rep columns useful.
